The Board of Directors has the responsibility of setting policies for the operation of the Cooperative. They hold regular monthly meetings to review business operations and see that the Cooperative is adequately meeting the needs of its members. The Board makes decisions, such as rate changes and borrowing money.

The Board selects a President & CEO to carry out its policies and direct day-to-day operations of the Cooperative.
