Free Water Heater Repair Northern Neck Electric Cooperative installs load management switches on its members' water heaters which are automatically operated during peak demand periods as a means of reducing its wholesale power costs. These switches cycle water heaters off during peak periods. Members participating in the load management program receive FREE repair on the heating elements, thermostat and other electrical components of their water heater.
